Drink 3-4 cups daily. You can simmer the herbs for 10-20 minutes or allow them to steep overnight, then warm before drinking for a stronger effect.
Use one cup of boiling water per 1-2 teaspoon of herbs. Pour over and leave to infuse for at least 12 minutes. Will increase urine expression—don’t drink before bed. For a stronger effect you can also simmer the herbs for 10-15 minutes.
