Simply place your order, then email us the list of herbs you would like included. Please also let us know whether you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and whether you are taking any medications or supplements, so we can ensure your chosen herbs are appropriate.

If you would like a herbalist to formulate your blend, simply place your order and email us with:

• Whether you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• Any medications or supplements you are currently taking
