Chaga Chunks (wild)

Our Wild Chaga Chunks are sustainably harvested from birch trees in pristine northern forests. Also known as Inonotus obliquus, chaga is a naturally occurring fungus traditionally used in various cultures as a botanical ingredient for preparing infusions and decoctions.

Carefully selected and gently dried to preserve its natural characteristics, these chaga chunks are cut into convenient pieces suitable for brewing as a tea or for further processing (e.g. grinding).

100% dried wild chaga (Inonotus obliquus).

Recommended Preparation
Add approximately 1–2 teaspoons (or 2–3 chunks) to 500 ml of hot water. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes. Strain before consumption. The same chunks may be re-used several times.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening.
