Nasya or nasal drops is used as part of daily regime to cleanse the sense organs. Anu Tailam is traditionally formulated oil which helps to lubricate the nasal passage, clean out mucus and sinuses, improves voice, mental clarity and vision. Ayurveda believes that the nose is the pathway to our brain. Therefore conducting Nasya also promotes intelligence and memory.

Suggested Use:
For regular use: With head tilted back, instil 2 drops into each nostril and sniff. Spit out any mucus drip at the back of your throat.
