Description

Gotu Kola is known for enhancing mental performance, improving memory and promoting intelligence and supports normal functioning of the nervous system. A natural blood purifier it supports the liver and a clear, healthy complexion. Gotu Kola is a tonic for Pitta, helps reduce excessive Kapha and calms Vata helping all 3 Doshas.

Brahmi is perhaps the most important nervine herb used in Ayurvedic medicine. It revitalises the brain cells, removes toxins and blockages within the nervous system, while at the same time has a nurturing effect. It balances and rejuvenates Pitta, while at the same time reduces Kapha.

Ingredients.

Each 500 mg capsule contains powders of Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) and Brahmi (Bacopa Monniera)

Suggested Use:

1 -2 capsules twice or three times daily or as recommended by your health Practitioner
