Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), Maricha (Piper nigrum), Shunti (Zingiber officinale), Pippali (Piper longum), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) , Lavanga (Syzygiumaromaticu), Patra (Cinnamomum tamala), Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Trivrutt (Operculina turpethum), Lavana (Salt), Sharkara (Candy Sugar)
Suggested Use:
1 -2 capsules before or between meals or as recommended by your health Practitioner
